UCCX HRC Scheduler Does Not Generate Report

Introduction
This document describes the process to resolve the issue when the Historical Reporting Client (HRC) reports
are not generated in the target location. The Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) HRC is configured to
generate reports based on the schedule configured in the HRC scheduler. In some situations, the report is
never generated in the target location.
Prerequisites
Requirements
There are no specific requirements for this document.
Problem
The HRC scheduled reports are not generated. However, reports can be generated manually without issue.
This occurs with all the scheduled reports.
Solution
Collect the CiscoSchPrintExport.log and you might see these errors:
