3. Before updating your CRS product software on an MCS-7825H-3400, (HP Groton Phase 3) computer, you need to download from CCO an important patch to the 
operating system for the HP MCS-7825H-3400. You can download it from 
4. CAD/CSD/CDA is not supported in 64-bit versions of the client operating system.
5. The computer on which you install the Cisco CRS Historical Reports client must be running the following software: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, 
Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC) version 2.7 or higher and Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 or higher (if the computer is running Microsoft Windows 
2000).
6. You should disable the Internet Explorer pop-up blocker when using  Internet Explorer, Version 7.0, with the CRS Application Administration web application. This is 
not necessary when using it with CAD or CSD.
