Administration Server, Historical Data Server, and Detail Data Server (AW-HDS-DDS)
This Administration & Data Server deployment role is similar to the existing “Distributor AW with
HDS” model, which provides the ability for configuration changes as well as both real-time and
historical reporting. The real-time and historical reporting is supported using either a WebView server
or Cisco Unified Intelligent Center (CUIC Reporting client). The call detail and call variable data are
supported for custom reporting data extraction to meet the requirements for the System Call Trace tool
and to feed historical data. (See Figure 2-3.)
