Introduction
This document provides peripheral error codes generated for the Cisco CallManager Peripheral Gateway
(PG). You can use these error messages to troubleshoot problems in an Internet Protocol Contact Center
(IPCC) environment. The check command−line utility allows you to view all known Cisco CallManager PG
error codes. This utility is part of the CallManager PG in Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
Version 4.6.1 and later. The tool captures first−, second−, and third−level trace messages in detail and
indicates which of these processes generates the error:
Peripheral Interface Manager (PIM)
•
Java Telephony Application Programming Interface (JTAPI) gateway
•
Cisco CallManager
•
A symbol peripheral error message reports on the soft phone. A brief description displays with the error
