HTTP progressive download of videos allows instant play of a video while the video is 
downloading

Pause & Play enables the video to play from the point where the user paused it

Fast Forward and Rewind video controls for the user

Interactive Experience Manager version 2.3. To upgrade the Cisco Interactive Experience Client 4600
