Data:
Enterprise Name
The enterprise name for the call type and in parentheses the call type ID .
Derived from: Call_Type.EnterpriseName + Call_Type_Half_Hour.CallTypeID
DateTime 
The date and time when the record was generated in MM/DD/YYYY (month, day, year) 
and HH:MM:SS (hours, minutes, seconds) format.
Derived from: Call_Type_Half_Hour.DateTime
Time Zone
The time zone for the date and time. The value is the offset in minutes from Greenwich 
Mean Time (GMT). GMT is the time zone at the meridian at Greenwich, England. This 
time zone is used as an international standard.
Derived from: Call_Type_Half_Hour.TimeZone
Router Q Wait Time
The time in HH:MM:SS (hours,minutes,seconds) format that tasks of this type spent in 
queue at the CallRouter during the half-hour interval. (This counts only tasks that have 
left the queue during the interval. Calls still in the queue at the end of the interval are 
not counted.)

Overview:
Subject
A table of all the selected call types listing all the available call-type 
historical report data for the selected interval.
Purpose
To show all the available call-type historical report data in the 
Call_Type_Half_Hour database table so that you can select which 
data you want for a customized call-type historical report.
Note: This report is designed to be saved and exported or copied 
to another format. For example, you can export the report to an 
Excel spreadsheet and modify the report to suit your needs. If that 
is not acceptable, you can also use a third-party tool to customize 
your report.
