Template Design Guide Using InfoMaker for Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Editions, Release 7.0(0)

Chapter 1      Getting Started with InfoMaker
How to Allow Access to the Template Library
How to Allow Access to the Template Library
Because InfoMaker is installed on a separate machine and InfoMaker users work
remotely, the system administrator must create a temporary network share to the
templates folder on the WebView server machine.
This allows those who create and maintain custom templates to read, write, and
copy from the template
PPB050.PBL
 files.
The system administrator accomplishes this by using the standard Windows
procedure:
Step 1
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the icm\<icm_instance_name>\aw\custom
folder on the WebView server.
Step 2
Right-click the
custom
 folder and select Sharing...
Step 3
Click the button for Share this folder.
When users have completed their custom template work, the administrator can
remove the Share property from the
custom
 folder.
For more on this folder and
PPB050.PBL
 files in contains, see
