How to Modify Column Data Properties
To modify the attributes of a data column in a tabular report template
Step 1
In the Design window, in the Detail Row box, click the column you want to
modify. To select multiple columns, hold down the Ctrl key as you select them.

To Change a Column’s Display Format
Step 1
In the Header row, click the column’s header to select it.

From the Edit menu, choose Select > Select Below to select all rows in the
