Peripheral Monitor Configuration of Aura Contact
Center CDNs
You must configure all of your Aura Contact Center CDNs in the Unified
ICM Software Peripheral Monitor table. This is required so that the PG
can register with Meridian Link to receive events for these CDNs. The
Aura Contact Center PG will not be able to track calls directed to any Aura
Contact Center CDN that you have not configured.
