5.5. Split Configuration
Split configuration is performed using the ACDSPL command. An example
screen is shown in Figure 17.

No special configuration is required for any split, however in order to
support post routing, a single special post route split must be created. No
Agents should ever be configured or logged into this split, but the split must
be configured to a queue – for instance “Agent Queuing” set to “Priorities”.
The PG will attempt to post route any call which is queued to this split. The

where post routing does not occur within a desired timeout period
(recommended at 2 seconds), by dequeueing and queuing to a default split.
