Errors Opening and Saving Templates
Errors Opening and Saving Templates
This section documents some errors you might see opening and saving templates.
<Template_name> is not in your current library list.
If you see this message, the template you are trying to open is not in your current working library.
Step 1
Click OK to close the message.
Step 2
Select File > Select Libary to open the Select Library dialog box.
Step 3
Navigate to the folder for the template library you want to use.
Step 4
Highlight the 
ppb050
.pbl file in that folder, and click OK.
Select Data Source dialog box appears
If the Data Source dialog box opens when you select a template, you do not have an active connection 
to the Admin Workstation database.
Step 1
Click the Machine Data Source tab.
Step 2
Locate and highlight the Data Source Name for your AW connection.
Step 3
Click OK.
Step 4
Supply your Login ID and Password if prompted to do so.
Saved Custom Templates Do Not Appear in WebView
There are several reasons this may occur.
Have you Refreshed the List of Templates in WebView?
You may have added and saved the template correctly, but the WebView cache may not have been 
refreshed to display it.
Step 1
Open the report category for the new template. 
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Step 3
Click Refresh the list of templates.
This ability to refresh the cache without restarting IIS is new functionality in WebView 7.0(0).
