How to Allow Access to the Template Library
Step 4
Follow the installation wizard, clicking Next to proceed through the screens.

Accept the license agreement.

Enter your User Name and Company Name.

Accept the default destination folder or browse to your preferred location.
Step 5
At the Select Components screen, select Adaptive Server Anywhere (only if you intend to work with 
the Sybase training material) and InfoMaker.
Note
Adaptive Server Anywhere is optional and is used to run the InfoMaker tutorials and demo 
database.
Step 6
At the Setup Type screen, select Custom/Full. 
Step 7
At the Select Components screen, click Select All to accept all default components. 
Do not change the default checkbox selections for the Custom/Full installation. 
Step 8
Continue to click Next to complete the installation.
Step 9
Click Finish at the last screen.
Step 10
Click Yes to accept the default name for the library to store objects.
Step 11
Restart the Cisco Security Agent, if it is installed on the machine.
You do not need to reboot.
How to Allow Access to the Template Library
Because InfoMaker is installed on a separate machine and InfoMaker users work remotely, the system 
administrator must create a temporary network share to the templates folder on the WebView server 
machine. 
This allows those who create and maintain custom templates to read, write, and copy from the template

The system administrator accomplishes this by using the standard Windows procedure:
Step 1
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the icm\<icm_instance_name>\aw\custom folder on the WebView 
server.
Step 2
Right-click the 
custom
 folder and select Sharing...
Step 3
Click the button for Share this folder.
When users have completed their custom template work, the administrator can remove the Share 
property from the 
custom
 folder.
