Configuring Chef for Cisco IAC Integration

Setting Up Chef 12.0.x on Cisco PSC to Work with vCenter 6.x

Select YES for the following:

Create Virtual Data Center 

Create Virtual Machine From Template 

Application Configuration Management

Click Submit Order.

You then create an organization under that tenant. 

On the Create Organizations form, complete all required fields.

Select YES for the following:

Virtual Machine From Template Ordering

Application Configuration Management

Virtual Data Center Ordering

Select your Service Resource Container.

Click Submit Order.

Creating a Network 

You need to create a network before you proceed with creating a VDC.

Go to my VDCs or Order Services and launch Create VDC order form.

Select your Tenant.

Select your Organization.

Click Submit Order.

Ordering VDCs

On the Order VDC Form, complete the following fields:



VDC Name

Domain Name

POD Name
