Introduction
In certain customer environments, Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud (IAC) needs to communicate
directly with corporate LDAP servers. Connecting to LDAP servers requires a different set of login
credentials be entered by the customer.
Customize the IAC Login in Process Orchestrator
The following configuration steps are used to customize the "nsapiuser" login in IAC. In order for the changes
to take full effect, the "nsapiuser" login must be changed in three separate areas of Cisco Process Orchestrator.
Changing Process Orchestrator
In order for IAC to communicate with an LDAP server, the login settings must be changed in Cisco Process
Orchestrator in these areas:
Changing the Cisco Cloud Portal Integration API login
Step 1: Open Cisco Process Orchestrator.
Step 2: Under Definitions locate Targets on the left side menu.
Step 3: In Targets locate the Cloud Portal Integration API target and double−click on the item. It will open the
dialogue window as shown below.
