Create a backup of the TEO Process database before you install the hotfix.
Note: Install the hotfix with the help of Cisco Technical Support. This hotfix is intended to address
this specific issue only. You should apply it only when your installed environment experiences this
specific problem.

In order to install the hotfix, navigate to the installation directory and then double−click setup.exe.
The installer will display the Automation Pack Import wizard.

Choose Intelligent Automation for Cloud.
4. 
If you run CIAC 3.1, contact Cisco Technical Support for instructions on how to clean up data stores
that have VMs created by the Platform Element validation process.
