This request is specific to the Supervisor feature and should only be used on switches or configurations 
that have the necessary support (currently, Unified CCE only).
StartMonitoringAllAgentTeams
The StartMonitoringAllAgentTeams method allows the client, which must be a supervisor, to start 
monitoring all the agents on all the supervisor’s teams. This will cause the supervisor to receive 
monitored agent events for all of the agents in the supervisor’s team (see
