Getting to the Baseline
Prior to commencing an upgrade to ICM/IPCC 7.0, ensure your system meets all of the applicable

The baseline requirements are as follows:

All ICM nodes (CallRouter, Logger, NICs, AWs, PGs, CTI Server) at ICM/IPCC Release
5.0(0) or ICM/IPCC Release 6.0(0).
