Use the ICM Script Editor application to create a routing script that uses the dialed number for
the MR routing client, and routes through a Select node to the previously configured skill group.
Note: Refer to the ICM Script Editor online help for detailed information about using ICM
Script Editor.
Use the ICM Script Editor Call Type Manager to associate the MR (and Personal Callback, if
used) dialed number(s) with the configured call type and newly created routing script.
