How to Delete a Dialed Number
To delete one or more dialed numbers:
Step 1
On the Dialed Number list page, select the record(s) you want to delete.
Note: Your cannot delete a dialed number that is referenced in a script. This reference must be
removed before the skill group can be deleted.
Step 2
Click Delete.
Step 3
A message prompts you to confirm the deletion. Click OK.
