Step 5
Select the appropriate language, then click Next.
The Installer now determines if known features were previously installed.
The Ready to Install the Program dialog box appears.
Step 6
Click Install to start the installation process.
The Setup Status dialog box appears and indicates the progress of the installation. In addition
to the status bar, pop-ups appear describing the actions of the Installer (for example, messages
indicating when services are being stopped by the Installer).
Note: Shutting down services might take a while. This is normal behavior.
If an error occurs during the installation process, an Installation Errors dialog box appears
providing error information. Read the errors, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 7
Enter an alpha-numeric security key of your choice for installing Support Tools.
Note: This page displays only when the Installer is running on Windows 2003 platforms.
The Installation Message dialog appears.
