Install ICM/IPCC Release 7.2(1) to completion. On the language selection page, select Chinese
(traditional) or Russian.

Back up your Logger database using icm\bin\icmdba.exe before performing the next step,
because REBUILDM.EXE utility erases all the databases.

Run SQL utility REBUILDM.EXE and select Chinese_Taiwan_Stroke collation with binary
sort order for traditional Chinese customers or Cyrillic_General collation with binary sort order
for Russian customers.

REBUILDM.EXE is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn directory.

Restore the Logger database using icm\bin\icmdba.exe.

Upgrading from ICM/IPCC Release 7.0.x or 7.1.x

Customers who have installed one of the localized ICM/IPCC Release 7.0 or 7.1 can run the
ICM/IPCC Release 7.2(1) Installer by selecting the same language or a different language with
the exception of Traditional Chinese or Russian.

For example, if you have installed the English version of ICM/IPCC Release 7.0 on an Italian
system, you can continue to select “English (US)” language during ICM/IPCC Release 7.2(1)
installation. They have a chance to select “Italian” as the language during the installation. If
you mistakenly select the wrong language, the problem can be corrected by running the
ICM/IPCC Release 7.2(1) Installer and selecting the correct language.

If you select traditional Chinese or Russian language during the ICM/IPCC Release 7.2(1)
installation, they must perform the following procedure to view agent names in their native
language:
