Installing ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Editions,
Release 7.2(1)

Prior to installing ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Editions, Release 7.2(1), ensure you take the
following requirements into consideration:

Take the following into consideration when installing Release 7.2(1):

•

A minimum of 1.2 GB of disk space is needed on the disk drive on which the ICM software
is installed.

•

JDK/JRE versions 1.5 or later are not supported and must be uninstalled prior to installing
Release 7.2(1).

•

All CallRouter, Logger, AW, and WebView systems must have Release 7.2(1) installed prior
to bringing up the services.

The installation process performs the following tasks and logs the results of each step performed:

•

The installation process checks the SQL Server Master database for the existence of any
ICM/IPCC database.

•

The installation process checks the database version of each database.
