For other general errors the person performing the upgrade would need to:
Identify the condition (for example, ICM service window left open, file 
in use, etc.) 
Correct the problem.
Run setup again. 
c.
For SQL errors the person performing the upgrade would need to:
Identify the error/errors present in the ICM setup log. 
Correct the condition. 
Restore the original database. 
Run setup again.

Set all ICM Services to Automatic start.
Step 1
Double-click the local ICM Service Control icon on each ICM component.
Step 2
Select each ICM Service and set it to Automatic start.
