This section lists and discusses, in general, the tasks required to perform

This section provides an overview of the steps required to upgrade from an ICM 
4.6.2 system to an ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition, Release 6.0(0) system 
using the Technology Refresh upgrade migration method.
Central Controllers, AW/HDS and WebView
Step 1
Leave the existing ICM system in production and taking calls.
Step 2
On all the new BOM complient Central Controller, AW/HDS, and WebView 
machines, install:
