Common Ground Upgrade Migration Task - Detailed Steps
Verify the status of each ICM instance
Step 1
At the command prompt, run rttest on each CallRouter by entering:
rttest /<cust instance name>/node CallRouter<x>/<system hostname>

Step 2
Confirm that the entire ICM network infrastructure is intact and that all PGs can 
see and be seen by both sides of their respective CallRouter.
Step 3
If any ICM system problems are observed, address them prior to preceding with 
the upgrade.
Synchronize the Logger Databases
Prior to starting Logger B, synchronize the side B Logger database with the side 
A Logger database using ICMDBA.
Step 1
Select Start > Run.
Step 2
In the Run dialog, type icmdba, click OK.
Step 3
Select the ICM instance in the icmdba GUI.
Step 4
Drill down to and select the Logger database.
Step 5
On the tool bar select Data > Synchronize.
Step 6
Select the Source.

Select the previously upgraded and running Server and Database
Step 7
Select the Target.

Select the Server and Database to be started.
