WebView reporting testing (option)

Stop ICM side A

Stop the side A Central Controller and AW/HDS using the local service control.

On an AW on the still running side of the old production system, use Script Editor
to monitor call routing. Confirm that calls are not being default routed. If they are
not, the upgrade of side A can begin.

Upgrade the side A Key Admin Workstation(s)
If there is only one AW/HDS in the enterprise, start the upgrade with the
corresponding Central Controller side.
