Upgrade the side B Key Admin Workstation(s)
Step 1
Disable configuration changes by making the following registry changes on the
CallRouter:

CurrentVersion\Configuration\Global\
DBMaintenance = 1.
Step 2
Ensure the Distributor services are stopped, then set them to Manual.
Step 3
If this is a WebView Server, run setup.exe from the WebView 3rd Party Software
CD to install Enterprise Agent Server 4.1.1, JDK 1.3.1, Jaguar CTS 4.1.1, and
New Atlanta ServletExec ISAPI 4.1.1.

Step 4
Run ICM setup.exe from the ICM Installation CD.
Step 5
In the Question window the following message is displayed:

directory to icm directory. After the conversion, please perform upgrade to all on

Select Yes.
Step 6
Select Upgrade All. The Upgrade all ICM instances dialog appears.
Step 7
Press OK to upgrade all instance components of this system.
