Named Pipes ordered before TCP IP (to do this open
SQL Server Configuration Manager and select SQL
Native Client Configuration > Client Protocols
 and
ensure the order has Named Pipes before TCP/IP). Ensure
that Named Pipes and TCP/IP are enabled in the list
(order is irrelevant) in SQL Server 2005 Network
Configuration by selecting Protocols for
MSSQLSERVER.
The Windows IIS component must be installed.
