Introduction
You will need the following computer software and hardware to run the LCI
software. Typically, a laptop PC is used for portability.

Cabling Requirements
The cable required for connecting a PC to a chassis is a standard “off the shelf”
DB-9 female to DB-9 male serial extension cable. The connectors are a serial 9-pin D-
shell (EIA 574/232).
