Logging Out of the Supervisor Softphone
To log out of the CTI Toolkit Supervisor Desktop, perform the following steps:
Step 1
If the Logout button is enabled, click it. Unified CC requires that an agent be in NotReady state to log 
out; therefore, the Logout button is disabled in any other state. In this case, click NotReady first, then 
click Logout.
