6.  Ice Bucket (Freezer)

•  Remove the Icemaker Bucket by lifting it up and 

pulling it out slowly.

•  Grip the handle as shown in the figure.
•  Remove the Ice Bucket slowly to prevent 

damage.

Do not use excessive force when removing 

the drawer cover. 

You can break the cover and cause injury.

Before removing any accessories, make 

sure that no food is in the way. 

When possible, remove the food altogether 

to reduce the risk of accidents.

7.  Removing the Deodorizer

•  Pull out the shelf slightly and then pull out the 

unit while pushing the deodorizer cover clip up 

using a flathead screwdriver.

8.  Cleaning the Deodorizer

•  Clean the deodorizer once every two years 

or whenever you feel its performance has 

diminished.

•  Dry the deodorizer under the sun for 24 hours 

and then replace it in the reverse order of its 

removal.

ELEVATION GUARD (APPLICABLE 

MODELS ONLY)

You can store food items in different heights by 

adjusting the vertical position of the guard.

Before adjusting the height of the guard, 

make sure to empty the guard. Glass 

bottles or beverage glass containers may 

drop and break when the guard is lowered, 

resulting in physical injury.

1.  To adjust the vertical position of the guard, hold 

the bottom of the guard with both hands, and 

then raise the position as appropriate.

2.  The vertical position can be adjusted in 

4 different levels.

To lower the guard once it is raised, 

make sure you raise the guard to the top 

level first, and then lower it in the original 

position.

To remove the elevation guard

1.  Open the inner case.

2.  Raise the guard to the top level to reveal the 

levers of the guard rail.
