  Speak caller ID: instructs the TalkBack program to provide voice feedback for caller 
ID. 
  Vibration feedback: increases the vibration intensity of key presses. 
  Sound feedback: allows you to enable sound feedback when you touch the screen. 
  Sound volume: allows you to customize the volume return based upon the volume 
of your voice. Choose from Match media volume75% of media volume50% of 
media volume
, or 25% of media volume
 
Launch “explore by touch” tutorial: launches a tutorial on Explore by touch. You 
must turn on TalkBack and enable this feature before launching the tutorial. 
  Manage shortcut gestures: allows you to assign an action to perform when swiping 
the screen in a particular direction. Actions to associate with a swiping direction 
include: UnassignedBack buttonHome buttonRecent apps button, and Open 
notifications
  Developer settings: allow you to select output levels to keep in a log file, highlight 
event sources, and whether or not to display speech output.

Use the Developer Options to set options for application development.

Tap the OFF/ON slider and tap OK to turn Developer Options on.

  Desktop backup password: allows you to protect your desktop with a backup 
password ID. 
  Stay awake: ensures that your screen will never sleep while you are charging the 
phone. 
  Protect SD card: requires apps to ask your permission before accessing data on 
your SD card. 
  USB debugging: Allows debugging when the phone is attached to a PC by a USB 
cable. 
  Allow mock locations: Used by developers when developing location-based 
applications.
