3. Touch the To field and use the keyboard to enter the 

recipients Email address.

Separate multiple recipient email addresses with a 

comma.

4. Touch  

Menu ➔ Add Cc/Bcc to add a courtesy or 

blind copy.

5. Touch the Subject field and enter the subject of the 

message.

6. Touch the Compose email field and begin composing 

your message.

7. Touch 

 to send.

Various options are available while viewing a Gmail message.

1. From a Home screen, touch 

 Apps ➔ 

 Gmail.

2. Touch a message to view it.

The following options are available:

Touch the Favorite star to mark this Gmail as a 
Favorite.

Displays the Reply screen. Reply to this email 
and send it.

Reply all or Forward this message.

Newer Swipe your screen to the right to see newer 

messages.

Swipe your screen to the left to see older 
messages.

Archives the selected Email.

Deletes the Email.

Attaches a label to a message (similar to placing 
the message in a folder).

Marks unread messages or threads with 
unread messages.
