Charging the battery with the AC power adaptor

Before starting the following procedure, make sure that the battery is attached in your camcorder.
1.  Press the Power (
) button to turn off the camcorder and then close the LCD screen.

2.  Open the jack cover and connect the AC power adaptor to the DC IN jack.
3.  Connect the AC power adaptor to a wall socket.

charged, the charging (CHG) indicator turns green.
Charging using the USB jack and a computer
You can also charge the camcorder through its USB jack.
1.  Press the Power (
) button to turn off the camcorder and then close the LCD screen.

2.  Connect the included USB cable to the USB jack on the camcorder and to a USB jack
