TROUBLESHOOTING

If the product does not work properly, please check the followings before contacting us. If the trouble persists, please 
contact the nearest SAMSUNG Customer Service.

1.  On your desktop, select Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Service.

2.  Select SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) and right-click it to select Properties.

3. Select “Local System Account” in the Logon tab and click Apply.
