4 Unplug the power cord
from any hard drives
attached to the drive
carrier.
5 Slide the drive carrier
assembly toward the
rear of the computer and
lift it out.
6 Assign a unique SCSI ID
number to the drive
being installed. See
“SCSI ID Numbers”
earlier in this chapter
for more information.
