MIF Document Statements
A Frame statement that is contained within an AFrames statement defines an anchored frame. Any other
Frame statement defines an unanchored frame. The assumed value for FrameType is NotAnchored.

The AnchorBeside statement determines whether the graphic frame is anchored to a text column
