Laptops 
This section of the management system GUI allows you to view information for and 
configure laptops. Click Laptops on the main menu to access this function. 
You can perform the following administrative functions for laptops: 
•  Add a laptop. 
•  Edit laptop information. 
•  Delete a laptop. 
To add a laptop: 
1.  On the Active Laptop Information menu, click New. The Laptop (Add) window 
appears (Figure 27), displaying the following fields: 
o
 
Laptop ID:  A unique name for the laptop. 
o
 
Description: An optional field in which you can type any additional information.
