Selecting a directory
1. Touch the pop-up menu button to
open the menu.
2. Touch the desired directory from
the list to select and open it.
Note:
The All Contacts selection shows all
entries in category (1) to (3) for viewing
only, and cannot be edited. (This func-
tion is useful if you forget whether a
particular entry is in Contacts 1, 2 or

Making a new entry
1. Touch

2. Touch the first field and use the
keyboard to enter the person's last
name.
