pppoe relay flush

Remove all Ethernet ports from the PPPoE relay agent list and terminate all sessions.

Add an Ethernet port to the PPPoE relay list.

Delete an Ethernet port from the PPPoE relay agent list.

List all Ethernet ports added to the PPPoE relay agent list.

List all active PPPoE relay sessions.
