Installation Procedures for Windows ME

Restart the computer after connecting modem to PC. Power on the
modem and then insert the driver CD into your CD-ROM drive. When
Windows detects the modem, the message "Windows has found the
following new hardware: AOpen FM56-EXV Modem " is displayed. Select
“Automatic search for a better driver” or ”Specify the location of the driver”,
then click Next. If you select ”Specify the location of the driver” only. The
path of driver is F:\Drivers\WinME. (F is your CD-ROM drive.)
