Multiple documents can be fed automatically 
using the ADF.   

 

i). 

To prevent occasional paper jam when 
automatically feeding multiple documents, fan the 
paper before loading. 

ii). 

Place the documents face-up onto the ADF paper 
chute, with the leading edge in the auto feeder 
entrance.   

 
iii). 

Adjust the left and right guides so that they are 
snug against the sides of the documents.
