Gigabit Ethernet switch .Each port is 

equipped with Auto-MDI/MDIX to eliminate the 
need for cross-over cable. In addition, it supports 
104K bytes RAM for data buffering , 802.3x flow 
control for full-duplex, back pressure flow control 
for halfduplex.
