DS 5021D KDB-F (FULL DUPLEX)
This is a daughter board that can be installed only in the DS 5021D and DS 5014D keysets. The standard speaker-
phone mode of operation for a DS keyset is half duplex. This means that you cannot transmit and receive speech
at the same time. Adding a KDB-F to your keyset will convert the speakerphone into a full duplex mode enhanc-
ing its operation. The KDB-F does not require a second “B” channel. In addition, the KDB-F may have up to three
(3) external microphones attached to it for conference room type applications. The microphones require an
“EXTMIC” key programmed on the keyset to activate or deactivate them.
