TRANSFER DIRECT TO MAILBOX
The OfficeServ 7100 automated attendant can transfer callers directly to a voicemail box without the need to
ring a station first. This is handy for things such as night time message taking or for playing announcements,

The OfficeServ 7100 provides a robust telephone user interface (TUI) for automated attendant programming.

WEB PROGRAMMING
Configuration of the OfficeServ 7100 automated attendant is performed through a web-based application
called OfficeServ VAR which runs on an embedded web server inside the system’s main processor.This allows
the automated attendant to be programmed from any PC on the LAN that has Internet Explorer installed.
With proper router configuration the web server can be accessed remotely from anywhere on the internet.
