Follow the steps below to open

Double-click 

 (CLIÉ Manuals PEG-TJ37 or CLIÉ Manuals 

PEG-TJ27) on the Windows desktop.

The 

window is displayed.

You can also click [Start], select 
[Programs] ([All Programs] for 
Windows XP)-[Sony Handheld]-
[About PEG-TJ37] or 
[About PEG-TJ27], and click 
[CLIÉ Manuals] to start 

.

Click the manual you want to display it.

The selected manual is displayed.

To read the PDF manuals, 

 must be installed on your computer. 

If it is not installed on your computer, you can install it from the supplied 
Installation CD-ROM.

For details on how to install and use manuals in PDF format, refer to 
“Reading the PDF manuals on your computer” (page 45).

1 Insert the supplied Installation CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive of 

your computer.
The 

 window is displayed.

2 Click [Finish] at the bottom left of the 

 window.

3 Double-click [My Computer] on the Windows desktop.

For Windows XP, click [Start] at the bottom left of the Windows desktop, 
then click [My Computer] on the displayed screen.

4 Right-click [CLIE], and select [Open].

 Double-click [EN]-[Manuals]-

[PEG-TJ37] or [PEG-TJ27], and the manual icon you want to read.

“Read This First”: ReadThisFirst.pdf
“Handbook”: Handbook.pdf
“Troubleshooting Q&A”: FAQ.pdf

 Double-click 

[EN]-[Manuals]-[PEG-TJ37] or [PEG-TJ27]-[Manual Portal]-
[index_portal.html] and click [CLIÉ Application Manual].
