The instructions in this manual are for the two models CMT-CP2W and CMT-CP2WA.  CMT-CP2W is the
model used for illustration purposes.  Although the shapes of the buttons and jacks on the CMT-CP2WA are
different from those of the CMT-CP2W, the locations of the buttons and jacks are the same.  Any differences
in operation are clearly indicated in the text.
