Step 1 Preparing the

Installing the battery pack
We recommend that you use the battery pack
when you use your camcorder outdoors.

(1) While turning down the VBATT (battery)
release lever in the direction of the arrow 1,
remove the battery terminal cover in the
direction of the arrow 2.
