 (MEMORY SET) menu, 
[STILL SET], then [
The image size is set to [640 × 480].
The number of pictures you can record on a 
“Memory Stick Duo” varies depending on 
the quality/size of the image and the 
recording environment.
Refer to the following list for the approximate 
number of pictures that can be recorded on a 
“Memory Stick Duo” formatted on your 
camcorder.
When the image quality is [FINE] 
(number of images)
The image size of 1152 × 864 for DCR-PC109E 
is 500kB, that of 640 × 480 is 150kB.
* The image size of 1152 × 864 is available for DCR-
PC109E only.
When the image quality is [STANDARD] 
(number of images)
The image size of 1152 × 864 for DCR-PC109E 
is 200kB, that of 640 × 480 is 60kB.
* The image size of 1152 × 864 is available for DCR-
PC109E only.
Using the self-timer
With the self-timer, you can record a still 
image after a delay of about 10 seconds.
