この取扱説明書には、事故を防ぐための重要な注意事項と製品の取り扱いかたを示してい
ます。この取扱説明書をよくお読みのうえ、製品を安全にお使いください。お読みになっ
たあとは、いつでも見られるところに必ず保管してください。

このマークの商品は、ソニー（株）のビデオ機器のアクティブインターフェース
シューシステムに対応しています。このシステムを搭載したビデオ機器とアクセサ
リーを組み合わせることにより、目的に合わせた効果的な撮影が簡単に行えます。

ソニー製品は安全に充分配慮して設計されています。しかし、電気製品はすべて、まちがった使い
かたをすると、火災などにより人身事故になることがあり危険です。事故を防ぐために次のことを
必ずお守りください。

• 安全のための注意事項を守る
この「安全のために」の注意事項をよくお読みください。

• 故障したら使わない
動作がおかしくなったり、破損しているのに気づいたら、すぐにお買い上げ店またはテクニカルイ
ンフォメーションセンターに修理をご依頼ください。

警告表示の意味
取扱説明書および製品では、次のような表示をしています。表示の内容をよく理解してから本文
をお読みください。

この表示の注意事項を守らないと、火災・感電などにより死亡や大けがなど人
身事故の原因となります。

辺の家財に損害を与えたりすることがあります。

内部に水や異物を入れない
水や異物が入ると火災や感電の原因となります。万一、水や異物が入ったときは、すぐ
にスイッチを切り、お買い上げ店またはテクニカルインフォメーションセンターにご相
談ください。

分解や改造をしない
火災や感電の原因となります。危険ですので、絶対に自分で分解しないでください。内
部の点検や修理はテクニカルインフォメーションセンターにご依頼ください。

心臓ペースメーカーの装着部位から

22cm以上離して使用する

電波によりペースメーカーの動作に影響を与えるおそれがあります。

病院などの医療機関内、医療用電気機器の近くでは本機を使用しない
電波が影響を及ぼし、誤動作による事故の原因となるおそれがあります。

航空機内では本機を使用しない
電波が影響を及ぼし、誤動作による事故の原因となるおそれがあります。

本機を使用中に他の機器に電波障害などが発生した場合は、本機を使用しない
電波が影響を及ぼし、誤動作による事故の原因となるおそれがあります。

湿気やほこり、油煙、湯気の多い場所や直射日光のあたる場所には置かない
故障の原因となります。

落としたりぶつけたりしない
故障の原因となります。

ぬれた手で本機や電池をさわらない
感電の原因となることがあります。

電池の挿入口や端子などから、内部に金属類や燃えやすい物などの異物を差し込んだ
り、落とし込んだりしない 
火災・感電の原因となります。

漏液、発熱、発火、破裂などを避けるため、下記のことを必ずお守りください。

本機は、アクティブインターフェースシューを搭載した、対応ビデオカメラで使用できます。
• ビデオカメラから遠く離れた被写体の音声が、モノラルで明瞭に記録できます。
• 5.1ch CENTERモード対応のビデオカメラに装着すると、5.1chサラウンドのセンターチャンネ

ル用マイクとして機能し、臨場感のある音声の中で対象物の音声を明瞭に記録できます。

• 本機は、Bluetooth無線技術を使用したワイヤレスマイクロホンです。
• レシーバーには、マイクロホン（トランスミッター）

（以下、マイクロホンとする）で収音している

音声が確認できるイヤホン用の端子を装備しています。

Bluetooth無線技術とは、パソコンとその周辺機器、携帯情報端末（PDA）、携帯電話など、さまざ
まな機器同士を無線で接続し、相互の通信を可能にする技術の名称です。

ご注意
Bluetooth通信は以下の状況において、通信感度に影響を及ぼすことがあります。
– レシーバーとマイクロホンの間に人体や金属、壁または反射面などの障害物がある場合
– 無線LANが構築されている場所や、複数のBluetooth機器が近距離で使用されている場所、電子レ

ンジを使用中の周辺、その他電磁波が発生している場所など

• 本機は精密機械です。落としたり、たたいたり、強い衝撃を与えないでください。
• 高温多湿の場所での使用、保存は避けてください。
• 使用中、マイクロホンをスピーカーに近づけると“ピー”という音が発生することがあります（ハ

ウリング現象）。その場合は、マイクロホンとスピーカーの距離をできるだけ離すか、スピーカー
の音量を下げてください。

• 使用中にマイクロホンに触れると、ノイズとして録音されてしまいます。手などが触れないように

ご注意ください。

• レシーバーを持って、ビデオカメラを持ち上げないでください。
• 温度の低い場所で本機をご使用になる場合は、常温時（25℃）に比べて電池の性能が低下しますの

で、使用できる時間が短くなります。

機器認証について
本機は、電波法に基づく小電力データ通信システムの無線局の無線設備として、認証を受けていま
す。従って、本機を使用するときに無線局の免許は必要ありません。
ただし、以下の事項を行うと法律で罰せられることがあります。
– 本機を分解/改造すること
– 本機に貼ってある証明ラベルをはがすこと
本機は国内専用です。海外ではご使用いただけません。海外では国によって電波使用制限があるた
め、本機を使用した場合罰せられることがあります。

商標について
• Bluetoothトレードマークは、商標権利者が所有しており、ソニーはライセンスに基づき使用して

います。

• その他、この取扱説明書に記載されているシステム名、製品名、サービス名は、一般に各開発メー

カーの登録商標あるいは商標です。なお、本文中では™、®マークはすべてについては明記してい
ません。

周波数について
本機は

2.4GHz帯の2.400GHzから2.4835GHzまで使用していますが、他の無線機器も同じ周波

数を使っていることがあります。他の無線機器との電波干渉を防止するため、下記事項に注意して
ご使用ください。

使用上のご注意
本機の使用周波数は2.4GHz帯です。この周波数帯では電子レンジなどの産業・科学・医療用機
器のほか、他の同種無線局、工場の製造ラインなどで使用される免許を要する移動体識別用構内
無線局、免許を要しない特定の小電力無線局、アマチュア無線局など（以下「他の無線局」と略
す）が運用されています。
1. 本機を使用する前に、近くで「他の無線局」が運用されていないことを確認してください。
2. 万一、本機と「他の無線局」との間に電波干渉が発生した場合には、速やかに本機の使用場

所を変えるか、または本機の運用を停止（電波の発射を停止）してください。

3. 不明な点その他お困りのことが起きたときは、テクニカルインフォメーションセンターまで

お問い合わせください。

この無線機器は2.4GHz帯を使用します。変調方式としてFH-SS変調方式を採
用し、与干渉距離は50m以下です。

レシーバーの電源/モードスイッチを切り換えることにより、以下のモードでご使用いただけます。

• ONモード

マイクロホンで収音した音声のみを録音します。
マイクロホン周囲や、取り付けた被写体の音声を、ビデオカメラから離れた場所でも明瞭にモノラ
ル録音することができます。

• 5.1ch CENTERモード

5.1ch CENTERモード対応のビデオカメラと組み合わせて使うと、5.1chサラウンドのセンター
マイクとして使用できます。

• 火の中に入れないでください。ショートさせたり、分解、加熱しないでくださ

い。

• 乾電池は充電しないでください。
• 指定された種類の電池を使用してください。
• 金属に触れ、3、#がショートすると発熱、発火する危険があります。

• 3と#の向きを正しく入れてください。
• 電池を使い切ったとき、長期間使用しないときは、取り出しておいてくださ

い。

• 古い電池と新しい電池、種類、メーカーの異なる電池は一緒に使用しないでく

ださい。

• 電池の電極と本機の電池端子部は時々乾いた布などで汚れを拭き取ってくださ

い。
電極や電池端子部に皮脂などの汚れがあると、動作時間が極端に短くなること
があります。

バッテリー警告ランプ
マイクロホンの電池が残り少なくなると、赤い残量ランプが約1秒周期で点滅します。早めに電
池を新しいものと取り替えてください。

クリップ
衣服、付属のアームバンドに取り付けるときに使用します。
クリップを下にして、マイクロホンを机の上などに置くこともできます。クリップは取りはずす
ことができます。

ウインドスクリーン
マイクロホンにかぶせて使用することにより、強い風や息が直接あたるときに発生する「ボコボ
コ」という雑音を減らします。

レシーバー（イラストB参照）
レシーバーをビデオカメラに取り付ける/取りはずす際は、レシーバーとビデオカメラの電源スイッ
チが「OFF」の状態で行ってください。
1 レシーバーの固定つまみが反時計方向1に回りきっているかを確認する（イラストB-1）。
2 レシーバーの裏面にある矢印2とビデオカメラにある矢印3の方向を合わせる（イラストB-1）。
3 レシーバーのシューコネクター（端子部）をビデオカメラ凹部4にはめ込み、矢印3の方向にス

ライドさせる（イラストB-1）。

4 固定つまみをカチッと音がするまで時計方向に回し固定させる（イラストB-2）。
5 ビデオカメラのレンズの方向にあわせて、レシーバーを回転させる。

レシーバーは180度以上回転します。レシーバーのFRONT（受信部）がビデオカメラのレンズ
側を向くようにしてください（イラストB-3）。

取りはずすとき
1 固定つまみを反時計方向に回してゆるめる。
2 レシーバーを上から押しながら、取り付けた方向と反対に引き出してはずす。

ご注意
• レシーバーが差し込めないときは、固定つまみを、反時計方向にとまるまで回してください。ロッ

クが解除されます。

• レシーバーのアンテナ感度の指向特性は、イラストB-4をご覧ください。（☆がFRONT方向です。）
• レシーバーのFRONT（受信部）がマイクロホン側（通常、対象物を撮影するビデオカメラのレン

ズ側）に向いていないと感度が悪くなります。

マイクロホン（イラストC参照）
取り付ける前に
電池（別売り）をご用意ください。
電池は単4形アルカリ乾電池2本または単4形ニッケル水素充電池2本をご使用ください。
ソニー製電池の使用をおすすめします。他の電池では、本機の性能が充分に発揮できない場合があります。
1 ロックを解除して、クリップをはずす。
2 電池ぶたをはずす。
3 電池2本をケース内の表示に従って正しく入れる。
4 電池ぶたを閉じる。
5 クリップを取り付ける。

衣服などに取り付ける（イラストD参照）
クリップで胸ポケットなどお好みの場所に取り付けてください。落下防止のため、付属のネックス
トラップとの併用をおすすめします。
また、ネックストラップを単独で使用すると、マイクロホンがゆれてぶつかる音が録音される場合
がありますので、クリップで衣服などに固定させることをおすすめします。
イヤホンで音声を確認する（このあとの説明を参照）などして、使用する状況や音の状態に合わせて
最適な位置に取り付けてください。

ご注意
ペースメーカーなど医療用電気機器を装着している場合は、胸ポケットや内ポケットへの装着、衣
服への取り付けはしないでください。本機を医療用電気機器などの近くで使用すると、故障の原因
となるおそれがあります。

ネックストラップについて
安全のため、強い力で引っ張ると、留め具がはずれるようにできています。

アームバンドを使う
アームバンドにクリップで取り付け、抜け落ちないようにゴムひもをかけてから、腕に巻きつけて
ご使用ください。

1 ビデオカメラのスイッチを入れ、スタンバイ状態にする。
2 レシーバーの電源/モードスイッチでモードを選択し、マイクロホンの電源も入れる。

• ONモード

レシーバーの電源/モードスイッチを「ON」、マイクロホンの電源スイッチを「ON」にする。
直後に両方の青色の通信ランプが遅い点滅をします。この状態で相手の機器を探索し、通信接
続、認証を行っています。接続状態になり、音声を明瞭に記録できる状態になると、両方の通
信ランプが青色に点灯します。

• 5.1ch CENTERモード

レシーバーの電源/モードスイッチを、「5.1ch CENTER」にし、マイクロホンの電源スイッチ
を「ON」にする。
直後に両方の青色の通信ランプが遅い点滅をします。この状態で相手の機器を探索し、通信接
続、認証を行っています。接続状態になり、音声を明瞭に記録できる状態になると、両方の通
信ランプが青色に点灯します。

3 レシーバーの通信ランプが点灯していることを確認したうえで、ビデオカメラの録画スタートス

イッチを押す。

ご注意
• 録画中にスイッチを切り替えても、モードが変わらない場合があります。いったん録画を停止して

から切り替えてください。

• 本機を使用して撮影すると、録画スタート時に操作音（おしらせブザー）が記録される場合があり

ます。お使いのビデオカメラの操作音（おしらせブザー）を「切」にしてから録画することをおす
すめします。詳しくは、お使いのビデオカメラの取扱説明書をご覧ください。

レシーバーのイヤホン端子にイヤホン（別売り）をつなぐとマイクロホンが収音している音声を確認
することができます。（5.1ch CENTERモードのときも、マイクロホン（トランスミッター）で収音
している音声は確認できますが、ビデオカメラ内蔵のマイクロホンで収音している音声は、レシー
バーのイヤホン端子からは確認できません。）
本機で無線通信される音声は、デジタル処理のため実際の音声よりほんの少し遅れて伝送されま
す。そのため、実際の音とイヤホンで聞く音がエコーのように聞こえたり、記録される映像とわず
かにずれているように感じる場合がありますが、故障ではありません。

• 本機は、直線見通しで約30m離れて使用できますが、レシーバー前部やマイクロホンを、手など

身体の一部や金属で覆ったりすると、通信状態が悪化し、音声が途絶えたりノイズが入ることがあ
ります。このとき、レシーバーの通信ランプが早い点滅をします。距離が離れすぎていないか、電
波をさえぎるものがないか確認して、通信ランプが安定して点灯している状態でご使用ください。

• 本機はBluetooth通信方式を使用していますが、製造時にレシーバーとマイクロホンのペアで通信

できるように調整しています。そのため一般のBluetooth機器に必要な認証、ペアリングやパス
キー入力操作は必要ありませんが、ペアで販売されている以外のレシーバーとマイクロホンの組み
合わせや、一般のBluetooth機能を搭載している携帯電話、パソコンでは利用できません。

• マイクロホンをビデオカメラに近づけすぎると、電波の影響で、記録される音声にノイズが入る場

合があります。1m以上離した状態でご使用ください。

保証書
• この製品には保証書が添付されていますので、お買い上げの際お買い上げ店でお受け取りください。
• 所定事項の記入および記載内容をお確かめのうえ、大切に保存してください。
• 保証期間は、お買い上げ日より1年間です。

当社ではワイヤレスマイクロホンの補修用性能部品（製品の機能を維持するために必要な部品）を、
製造打ち切り後最低

8年間保有しています。この部品保有期間を修理可能の期間とさせていただきま

す。保有期間が経過したあとも、故障箇所によっては修理可能の場合がありますので、テクニカル
インフォメーションセンターにご相談ください。

もし電池の液が漏れたときは、電池ケース内の漏れた液をよくふきとってから、新しい電池を入れ
てください。万一、液が身体や衣服についたときは、水でよく洗い流してください。

This equipment complies with FCC/IC radiation exposure limits set forth for

been confirmed by additional research. ECM-HW1R has been tested and found
to comply with FCC/IC radiation exposure limits set forth for uncontrolled
equipment and meets the FCC/IC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in
Supplement C of OET65.

This wireless microphone is designed to be used with a compatible camcorder
equipped with an Active Interface Shoe.
• This wireless microphone can pick up the sound of a subject at a distance from

the camcorder clearly in monaural.

• When used with a camcorder compatible with 5.1ch CENTER mode, this

wireless microphone will provide center channel sound, delivering clear,
natural sound.

• This wireless microphone is based on Bluetooth wireless technology.
• An earphone jack for monitoring sound picked up by the microphone

(transmitter) (microphone hereafter) is provided on the receiver.

Bluetooth wireless technology allows communication between various Bluetooth
devices without using cables. Devices that can use this technology include PCs,
computer peripheral devices, PDAs and mobile phones.

Notes
Bluetooth wireless communication may be affected under the following
conditions.
– When there are obstacles such as people, metallic objects, walls, or reflective

surfaces between the receiver and the microphone.

– When used in a location where a wireless LAN system environment exists,

near the place where multiple Bluetooth devices are operated, near a working
microwave oven, or where electromagnetic wave is emanated.

• Do not let any liquid or foreign objects get inside the casing.
• Do not disassemble or modify the wireless microphone.
• Do not use this wireless microphone in a medical institution such as a

hospital, near a medical electrical device, in an aircraft, or if radio interference
with another device(s) occurs. RF energy emitted from this wireless
microphone may interfere with other devices, resulting in an accident.

• This wireless microphone is a precision instrument. Do not drop, knock or

subject it to excessive shock.

• Keep the wireless microphone away from high temperature and humidity.
• If the microphone is placed near speakers, a howling effect (acoustic feedback)

may occur. If this happens, place the microphone farther away from the
speakers, or lower the volume of speakers.

• If you touch the microphone during recording, noise will be recorded. Be

careful not to touch the microphone with your hands, etc.

• Do not hold the camcorder by the receiver.
• When used at low temperature, the battery performance drops compared to

use at normal temperature (25 ºC (77 ºF)) and operating time becomes shorter.

• The Bluetooth trademarks are owned by their proprietor and used by Sony

Corporation under license.

• All other products names mentioned herein may be trademarks or registered

trademarks of their respective companies. Furthermore, “™” and “®” are not
mentioned in each case in this manual.

The following modes are available. Select one of them by switching the Power/
Mode switch on the receiver.
• ON mode

The sound picked up by the microphone only will be recorded. The
microphone picks up monaurally both the subject and surrounding sound
equally clearly, even when the camcorder is away from the microphone.

When used with a camcorder compatible with 5.1ch CENTER mode, this
wireless microphone works as the center microphone of 5.1ch recording.

Battery warning lamp
The red warning lamp blinks about once a second when the remaining battery
charge of the microphone becomes low. Replace with new batteries immedi-
ately.

To prevent battery drain, turn off the Power switch when not in use.

Clip
Use this to attach the microphone to clothes or the supplied arm band. The
microphone can be placed on the desk, etc., using the clip as a stand. The clip
is removable.

Wind screen
Place on the microphone to reduce pop noise caused by breath or strong
wind.

Be sure to switch off the receiver and the camcorder when attaching the receiver
or removing the receiver from the camcorder.

Ensure that the lock knob of the receiver is turned fully counterclockwise 1
(see illustration B-1).

Orient the arrow on the bottom of the receiver 2 to the arrow on the
camcorder 3 (see illustration B-1).

Insert the shoe connector (terminal) of the receiver into the slot 4 on the
camcorder, and then slide the receiver in the direction of the arrow 3 (see
illustration B-1).

Turn the lock knob clockwise until it clicks (see illustration B-2).

Rotate the receiver so that it faces the same direction as the camcorder’s lens.
The receiver can be rotated more than 180 degrees. Point the front (receiving
unit) of the receiver toward the camcorder’s lens side (see illustration B-3).

Loosen the lock knob counterclockwise.

Press down the receiver and slide it in the opposite direction when attaching.

Notes
• If it is difficult to attach the receiver, turn the lock knob counterclockwise until

it stops. The lock will be released.

• See illustration B-4 for directional characteristics of the receiver’s antenna. (

• If the front (receiving unit) of the receiver does not face the microphone

(usually the camcorder’s lens side, which faces the subject), reception will be
poor.

Before attaching
Prepare batteries (not included).
Use two size AAA alkaline dry batteries or size AAA Ni-MH rechargeable
batteries. Sony batteries are recommended. This device may not give the best
performance with batteries of other manufacturers.

Release the lock and remove the clip.

Remove the battery compartment lid.

Insert two batteries into the compartment correctly following the polarity
indication inside.

Attach the battery compartment lid.

Attach the clip.

• Be sure to use two batteries of the same type.
• Be sure to confirm the 3 # poles of the batteries. Inserting the batteries with

the poles in the wrong direction may cause leakage or ruptures.

• Do not use an exhausted AAA Ni-MH rechargeable battery and a charged

AAA Ni-MH rechargeable battery together.

Using the clip, attach the microphone to a breast pocket, etc. To prevent falling, it
is recommended to use the supplied neck strap together with the clip. If the
microphone is hung on the neck strap only, the microphone may swing and
cause noise to be recorded - securing the microphone to your clothes, etc., with
the clip is recommended.
Attach the microphone in a position that is suitable for the recording location,
and which provides the best sound while monitoring through the earphone (as
described later).

Note
If you use a medical electrical device such as a pacemaker, do not attach the
microphone to your clothes, such as the breast pocket or inner pocket. Using the
microphone near a medical device may adversely affect it.

On the neck strap
For your safety, the neck strap is designed to unlatch when pulled forcibly.

Using the arm band
Attach the microphone with the clip to the arm band and secure it with the
elastic cord to prevent it from falling, and then wear the arm band on your arm.

Switch on the camcorder and set it in standby mode.

Slide the Power/Mode switch of the receiver to select the desired mode and
switch on the microphone.

• ON mode

Set both the receiver’s Power/Mode switch and the microphone’s Power
switch to ON.
Immediately after the switches are set, the communication lamps on both
devices start blinking blue slowly, during which the devices are trying to
detect, connect to, and authenticate each other. When connection is
established, ready for clear sound recording, the communication lamp on
each device lights up blue.

• 5.1ch CENTER mode

Set the receiver’s Power/Mode switch to 5.1ch CENTER and the
microphone’s Power switch to ON.
Immediately after the switches are set, the communication lamps on both
devices start blinking blue slowly, during which the devices are trying to
detect, connect to, and authenticate each other. When connection is
established, ready for clear sound recording, the communication lamp on
each device lights up blue.

Ensure that the communication lamp on the receiver is lit, and press the
record start button on the camcorder.

Notes
• If the Power/Mode switch is switched during recording, the mode may not

change. Stop recording once and switch the Power/Mode switch.

• To avoid the possibility of the confirmation beep (BEEP) at the start of a

recording being picked up by this wireless microphone, setting [BEEP] to
[OFF] on your camcorder is recommended. For further details, refer to the
operating instructions of your camcorder.

The sound the microphone is picking up can be heard by connecting the
earphone (not included) to the receiver’s earphone jack. (Although the
camcorder also picks up sound with its internal microphone in 5.1ch CENTER
mode, those sounds cannot be monitored via the receiver’s earphone jack. Only
the sound the microphone (transmitter) is picking up can be monitored.)
This wireless microphone processes and transmits sound digitally, resulting in a
slight lag between actual sound and the recorded (monitored) sound. As a result,
when monitoring via earphone, an echo effect may be heard. Similarly, viewing
pictures with sound recorded on this wireless microphone may also display this
delay effect. However, this is not a malfunction.

• The operational distance between the receiver and the microphone is about

30 m (100 ft.) in a straight line of sight. However, if the front of the receiver or
the microphone is obstructed by parts of the body (such as hands), metallic
objects, etc., communication will deteriorate, resulting in noise or no sound. In
this case, the communication lamp on the receiver will blink rapidly. Ensure
that the distance between the devices is not too far, and no obstacles are
between them, and continue use when the communication lamps are lit
steadily.

• This wireless microphone is based on Bluetooth wireless technology. The

receiver and the microphone are factory-adjusted to communicate between
each other, therefore, operations usually needed for Bluetooth devices, such as
authentication, pairing and passkey input, are not necessary. However,
communication with a receiver or microphone not sold as a pair, or any other
Bluetooth devices such as mobile phones, PCs, etc., is not possible.

• If the microphone is placed in close proximity to the camcorder, RF

interference or noise may result in the recorded sound. Keep the microphone
at least 1 m (3 ft.) from the camcorder during use.

Tournez le bouton de verrouillage jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez un clic (voir
illustration B-2).

Faites pivoter le récepteur afin qu’il soit dans la même direction de la lentille
du caméscope.
Vous pouvez faire pivoter le récepteur à plus de 180 degrés. Pointez la partie
avant (unité de réception) du récepteur vers la lentille du caméscope (voir
illustration B-3).

Desserrez le bouton de verrouillage dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une
montre.

Appuyez sur le récepteur, puis faites-le glisser dans la direction opposée à la

Avant la fixation

Ni-MH. Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser des piles Sony. L’utilisation de
piles d’autres fabricants peut réduire les performances de votre appareil.

Désactivez le verrouillage et retirez la pince.

Retirez le couvercle du compartiment à piles.

Insérez deux piles dans le compartiment en respectant les polarités.

Remettez le couvercle du compartiment à piles.

Fixez la pince.

• Veillez à utiliser deux piles du même type.
• Assurez-vous de respecter les polarités 3 #. Si vous insérez les piles dans les

mauvais pôles, celles-ci risquent de couler ou de se rompre.

• N’utilisez pas en même temps une pile rechargeable AAA Ni-MH déchargée

et chargée.

Fixez le microphone à une poche de chemise, etc., à l’aide de la pince. Pour éviter
que le microphone ne tombe, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser conjointement
la pince et le cordon fourni. Si le microphone n’est tenu que par le cordon, il
risque de bouger et de provoquer des parasites ; nous vous recommandons donc
de fixer le microphone à vos vêtements avec la pince.
Placez le microphone de façon à ce que l’enregistrement se fasse dans les
meilleures conditions et afin d’obtenir un son optimal lors du contrôle du son via
les écouteurs (voir ci-après).

Remarque
Si vous utilisez un appareil médical électrique, tel qu’un pacemaker, ne fixez pas
le microphone à vos vêtements (poche de chemise ou poche intérieure).
L’utilisation du microphone près d’un appareil médical peut entraîner un

Utilisation du bracelet
Placez le microphone sur le bracelet à l’aide de la pince et fixez-le avec l’élastique

• Mode central à 5.1 canaux (5.1ch CENTER)

Réglez le commutateur de mise sous/hors tension et de mode du
caméscope sur la position 5.1ch CENTER et le commutateur de mise sous/
hors tension du microphone sur ON.
Une fois les commutateurs réglés sur la position ON, les voyants de
communication des deux appareils commencent à clignoter en bleu : les
appareils tentent de se détecter et de se connecter l’un à l’autre. Une fois la
connexion établie et que vous êtes prêt à enregistrer, le voyant de
communication de chaque appareil s’allume en bleu.

Veillez à ce que le voyant de communication du récepteur soit allumé, puis
appuyez sur la touche d’enregistrement du caméscope.

Remarques
• Si vous commutez l’interrupteur de mise sous/hors tension et de mode lors de

l’enregistrement, le mode ne change pas. Interrompez l’enregistrement une
fois, puis commutez l’interrupteur de mise sous/hors tension et de mode.

• Pour éviter que le bip de confirmation (BIP) ne se déclenche au début d’un

enregistrement réalisé avec ce microphone sans fil, nous vous conseillons de
régler l’option [BIP] de votre caméscope sur [ARRET]. Pour de plus amples
informations, reportez-vous au mode d’emploi de votre caméscope.

Le son détecté par le microphone peut être écouté en raccordant les écouteurs
(non fournis) à la prise d’écouteur du récepteur. (Bien que le caméscope détecte
également le son avec son microphone interne en mode 5.1ch CENTER, ces sons
ne peuvent pas être contrôlés par la prise d’écouteur du récepteur. Seul le son

Ce microphone sans fil traite et transmet le son numériquement et le son
enregistré (contrôlé) est presque identique au son réel. Par conséquent, lorsque
vous écoutez le son à travers les écouteurs, il est possible que vous entendiez un
écho. De même, si vous visionnez des images avec un son enregistré sur ce
microphone sans fil, il est possible que le même effet se produise. Il ne s’agit
cependant pas d’un dysfonctionnement.

• La distance de fonctionnement entre le récepteur et le microphone est

d’environ 30 mètres (100 pieds) (ligne de vision droite). Cependant, si vous
mettez vos mains ou d’autres objets devant la partie avant du récepteur ou
devant le microphone, la communication se détériore et l’enregistrement est
parasité ou le son est absent. Dans ce cas, le voyant de communication du

Este micrófono inalámbrico está diseñado para utilizarlo con una videocámara
compatible equipada con Active Interface Shoe.
• El micrófono inalámbrico permite la captación del sonido de un motivo a

cierta distancia de la videocámara, con buena claridad y con sonido
monoaural.

• Si se utiliza con una videocámara compatible con el modo central de 5.1

canales (5.1ch CENTER), el micrófono inalámbrico proporcionará sonido claro
y natural a través del canal central.

• El micrófono inalámbrico está basado en la tecnología inalámbrica Bluetooth.
• El dispositivo incluye una toma de auriculares para supervisar el sonido

captado por el micrófono transmisor (de ahora en adelante, micrófono).

La tecnología inalámbrica Bluetooth permite la comunicación entre distintos
dispositivos Bluetooth sin necesidad de utilizar cables. Algunos de los
dispositivos que pueden utilizar esta tecnología son ordenadores personales,
dispositivos periféricos, PDA y teléfonos móviles.

Notas
La comunicación inalámbrica mediante Bluetooth puede verse afectada en las
condiciones siguientes.
– Si hay objetos como personas, objetos metálicos, muros o superficies

reflectantes entre el receptor y el micrófono.

– Si se utiliza en un lugar en el que ya existe un sistema LAN inalámbrico, cerca

de un lugar en el que estén activos varios dispositivos Bluetooth, cerca de un
horno microondas en funcionamiento o en ubicaciones sometidas a ondas
electromagnéticas.

• No permita que entre ningún líquido ni objetos extraños en la carcasa.
• No desmonte ni manipule el micrófono inalámbrico.
• No utilice el micrófono inalámbrico en instituciones médicas, como hospitales,

en las cercanías de dispositivos médicos eléctricos, en aviones o si existen
interferencias de radio con otros dispositivos. La energía de radiofrecuencia
emitida desde el micrófono inalámbrico puede interferir con otros dispositivos
y provocar un accidente.

• El micrófono inalámbrico es un instrumento de precisión. No lo deje caer ni lo

golpee o exponga a impactos fuertes.

• Mantenga el micrófono inalámbrico alejado de lugares con humedad y

temperaturas muy altas.

• Es posible que se produzca un efecto de zumbido (reacción acústica) si coloca

el micrófono cerca de altavoces. En tal caso, aléjelo de los altavoces o baje el
volumen del altavoz.

• Si toca el micrófono durante la grabación, se grabarán ruidos. Procure no tocar

el micrófono con las manos, etc.

• Cuando sujete la videocámara, no lo haga por el receptor.
• Si se utiliza a temperaturas bajas, es posible que el rendimiento de las pilas

disminuya en comparación con temperaturas normales (25 ºC) y la duración
de funcionamiento también se reduce.

• Las marcas comerciales de Bluetooth pertenecen a sus propietarios y son

utilizadas por Sony Corporation bajo licencia.

• Todos los demás productos mencionados en estas instrucciones pueden ser

marcas comerciales o marcas comerciales registradas de sus respectivos
propietarios. Además, “™” y “®” no se mencionan en todo momento en este
manual.

La unidad dispone de los modos siguientes. Para seleccionar uno de ellos, utilice
el interruptor de encendido/selección del modo del receptor.
• Modo activado (ON)

Sólo se grabará el sonido registrado por el micrófono. El micrófono capta de
forma monoaural tanto el sonido del motivo como el del entorno con la misma
calidad, incluso si la videocámara está alejada del micrófono.

Si se utiliza con una videocámara compatible con el modo central de 5.1
canales (5.1ch CENTER), el micrófono inalámbrico funciona como el
micrófono central de una grabación en 5.1 canales.

Luz de advertencia de nivel de pilas
La luz roja de advertencia parpadea aproximadamente una vez cada segundo
cuando la carga restante de las pilas del micrófono empieza a bajar. Cambie
las pilas por unas nuevas cuanto antes.

Para evitar que las pilas se desgasten, apague el interruptor de encendido
cuando no esté utilizando la unidad.

Pinza
Utilice este dispositivo para fijar el micrófono a la ropa o al brazalete
suministrado. También puede colocar el micrófono en el escritorio, etc., y
utilizar la pinza como soporte. La pinza es totalmente extraíble.

Parabrisas
Coloque este dispositivo en el micrófono para reducir el ruido provocado por
la respiración o el viento fuerte.

Asegúrese de que el receptor y la videocámara están apagados al conectar o
desconectar el receptor de la videocámara.

Procure que el mando de bloqueo del receptor esté girado completamente
hacia la izquierda 1 (consulte la figura B-1).

Oriente la flecha de la parte inferior del receptor 2 hacia la flecha de la
videocámara 3 (consulte la figura B-1).

Inserte el conector de la zapata (terminal) del receptor en la ranura 4 de la
videocámara y, a continuación, deslice el receptor en el sentido de la flecha 3
(consulte la figura B-1).

Gire el mando de bloqueo hacia la derecha hasta que oiga un chasquido
(consulte la figura B-2).

Gire el receptor de tal forma que quede en la misma dirección que la lente de
la videocámara.
El receptor puede girarse más de 180 grados. Oriente la parte frontal (unidad
receptora) del receptor hacia la lente de la videocámara (consulte la figura B-
3).

Gire el mando de bloqueo hacia la izquierda para aflojarlo.

Presione el receptor y deslícelo en la dirección opuesta a la que siguió para
colocarlo.
